Home Inspection

Home inspection is a discipline that requires special training, knowledge and communication skills. As a Registered Home Inspector (RHI), I utilize my Engineering expertise to do Home Inspections professionally in GTA and in the surrounding areas. As a member of Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), I do the inspections as per the Standard of Practice of the industry.
As every Home is unique, I give a complete Home Inspection Report at the end of the Inspection. The onsite report will be generated and printed out from my laptop. Major and minor defects (if any), maintenance tips will be described in the report with notes and pictures.
I do impartial inspections with loyalty and honesty to the client. Home buyers will be having several questions and doubts during the course of Inspection. I take time to explain each every item regarding the Inspections to the clients. My fees are reasonable when comparing the industry standards.
